Ceramic waxes are all the rage, coating, protecting your sealing your car’s surface all in one perfected hybrid bottle. After spending time washing, compounding and polishing your car, you want to make sure the final step of waxing, seals and protects your car for months to come. The Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Liquid Wax is specifically formulated to seal paint for long lasting protection. This Ceramic Liquid Wax will protect your car from road grime, dirty water, pollutants and other environmental hazards just waiting to contaminate your newly detailed car. Thanks to the SiO2 technology, even more protection is added.
Formulated with SiO2 technology, Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Liquid Wax will chemically bond to your car’s surface. Once the SiO2 encounters your car, it will harden and cross-link into a virtually impermeable surface that is now bonded to your surface. Because of this SiO2 ceramic coating, your car will now display some serious water beading, a greater resistance to chemicals and will block more UV light. The water beading will allow water and, in turn, grime to simple roll off your car, stopping water spots and streaking in their tracks. Adding additional chemicals to your car, on purpose or not, will have a harder time penetrating the surface, unless abraded off the surface, this will allow you to do detailing touch ups, even work as topcoat over other waxes, without breaking the seal. The SiO2 also protects against the harmful UV rays that are all around us, thus preventing, oxidation and color fading.
Easy-to-use, the Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Liquid Wax applies a like a traditional liquid wax. Simply apply a thin layer of product onto a foam applicator and then apply to the car. This wax however does not haze like typical waxes and should be removed with a microfiber towel after 3-5 minutes of application. The Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Liquid Wax is safe if it happens to find its way onto other parts of your car. Non-painted trim and rubber gaskets are in the clear, literally, as this wax leaves a non-whitening residue on these parts. So, if some wax manages to sling towards parts not intended, you can rest assured that you won’t have add severe clean up to your list of detailing.
DIRECTIONS:
-Shake well. Apply to a cool, clean surface in the shade.
-Dispense a small amount of product onto a foam applicator pad.
-Spread a thin, even coat onto one panel at a time. Use 7 overlapping paces to ensure complete coverage.
-Allow 3-5 minutes of cure time before removing. Note: Hybrid Ceramic Wax does not “haze” like traditional waxes.
-Remove with a premium microfiber towel.
-Continue until the entire paint surface has been sealed.
